All prescription drugs will be posted second class, and we charge £2.50 for this which is the standard charge for the smallest package. Some higher charges are made for heavy items such as shampoos. Please note that delivery next-day cannot be guaranteed, even when requesting special delivery as items may be out of stock. Products go in and out of stock very quickly and we have little control over the manufacturers and suppliers. We have also had a small amount of postal losses, due to Royal Mail, though around 98.7% of orders are delivered, and around 60% within 2 working days
Diets will be charged at a cost of £10.00 per bag to be delivered directly to the customer via a courier service.
